  • Designed and maintained scalable REST APIs using TypeScript and Node.js for a real estate management system, handling complex workflows like application processing and lottery-based unit allocation.
  • Developed dynamic form engines integrated with Zod and React Hook Form, supporting multilingual interfaces and conditional validation.
  • Led implementation of audit logging and role-based status transitions in Mongoose schemas, ensuring traceable and secure application flows.
